Housekeeping & Cleaning

We provide a comprehensive housekeeping and cleaning service to ensure your property is consistently maintained to a high standard. This includes thorough cleaning of the entire property, kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.

We carry out detailed sanitisation of high-use areas such as kitchens and bathrooms, restock essential items and toiletries, and manage waste and recycling in line with local guidelines.

 

In addition, we offer periodic deep cleans to maintain the long-term condition of the property, along with prompt reporting of any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues identified during each visit. Our service also covers laundry and linen management.

Signing a Document

Legal & Compliance

We manage all compliance obligations on your behalf.

  • Gas Safety Certificate: Annual check by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Must be renewed every 12 months.

  • Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR): Required every 5 years. Ensures all wiring, sockets, and consumer units are safe.

  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): Minimum E rating required. 

  • PAT Testing: Any portable electrical appliances provided with the tenancy will be tested and confirmed safe.

  • Fire Risk Assessment: Required if property is within a block or converted building.

  • Smoke & CO Alarms installed and tested regularly.
