Unlike standard assured tenancies, our corporate agreements allow for mutually agreed terms that better suit the needs of both landlord and operator. We manage every aspect of the property at no cost to the landlord, ensuring it is professionally maintained, regularly inspected, and presented to a high standard at all times—providing complete peace of mind that your asset is in safe hands.

I have a 16-year career in procurement within Estates, Facilities, and Corporate Services, with a strong track record of operating within structured, commercially focused environments.
Outside of work, I like staying active and enjoy playing tennis, hiking, and also baking.
