Step 3

Corporate Lease

We create a 2–5 year fully transparent corporate lease, with mutually agreed terms, making Region Property your legal tenant. This is the key document that protects your income and shields you from the Renters' Rights Act. Once signed, your guaranteed rent is locked in.

Professional Operation

Professional vetting of guests, regular housekeeping and cleaning, on-going repairs and maintenance, regular visits to property, and independant schedule condition report carried out.

Step 5

Guaranteed Rent Paid Every Month

From the contract start date, your guaranteed rent is paid every month without exception. Whether the property is occupied or empty, whether tenants pay or not, your income never stops.
